Duane has been serving in church ministry as student and worship Pastor for over 13 years. He has a heart for serving God and loving on people. He is married to his better half Nicole and and has been blessed with 3 amazing kids.

Both Duane and Nicole grew up in Cincinnati and both went to college in Springdale and have fallen in love with the city and the people.

Pastor Justin is married to Tiffany and have 3 kids, Hayden, Ashtyn and Grayson. They love to enjoy each others company and hanging out with friends! Both Justin and Tiffany grew up here in Cincinnati and are thrilled to love on the people of the community!

Graduated from Baptist Bible College with a degree in Education. Masters in Biblical counseling from Liberty University. Full time ministry in various capacities for 14 years. Married to Tiffany, 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Enjoys weekends in the Smoky Mountains and reading a good book.

Chris Dumford trusted Christ at the age of 16, attended Central Baptist College, Cincinnati State College and graduated with a BA from Temple Baptist College. His degree is in Theology with a major in Ancient Greek Language. He has pastored, directed various ministries and now serves as an Elder for the Covering Church. He is married to his wife Mae, has four daughters, two sons-in-law and has 13-grandchildren.
